I’m Steven. I’ve produced Hardstyle and Hardcore for over 20 years, released more than 50 tracks, made two albums and played over 200 shows in more than 20 countries, including Defqon.1.
I also spent years learning through trial and error. Some of it was useful. Some of it was just me destroying another kick and pretending I’d learned something.
This program puts the complete process in the order I wish someone had shown me. I explain what I hear, why I make the change and how to use the same thinking in your own track.

Before you start
A few clear answers.
I’m a complete beginner. Can I start?
Yes. The first 28 lessons cover FL Studio, the mixer, piano roll, playlist and your first production steps. Start at lesson one and follow the order.
I already know the basics. Is this too basic?
No. Skip what you know. Most of the program is about kicks, leads, screeches, mixing and arrangement, and how they work together in a finished track.
Do I need FL Studio?
Yes. The lessons and project files are made for FL Studio. The ideas transfer to other DAWs, but I only recommend joining if you use FL Studio.
Do I need expensive plugins?
No. I use stock plugins where possible and explain the reason behind the processing. Some lessons use third-party tools or included presets.
How much time do I need?
Go at your own pace. Access is for life, so there’s no deadline. Live feedback streams run for 12 months, so that’s the year to bring me your music.
What do I keep for life?
All 107 lessons, project files, teaching presets, future updates and any bonus labelled “lifetime access.”
What happens after the first year?
Producer Membership becomes optional at €19.99/month and keeps the live feedback streams going. Without it, full Forge access, the community and the feedback streams end. Your course and teaching files stay yours. See the memberships.
What’s the refund policy?
If the program is genuinely different from this page, email me within 14 days. I refund the payment and remove course access. Full terms apply.

I don’t need marketing tools. Why is The Forge included?
