NEROZ Productions · Founded in 2015
I am Steven Tel, also known as Neroz. After more than 20 years inside Hardstyle and Hardcore, I turned the useful parts and expensive mistakes into clear programs for producers working in FL Studio.
You follow the lessons in order, open the complete projects, use the ideas in your music and get feedback on what you are actually making.

The personal story
When I started producing, there was no clear Hardstyle course waiting for me.
I learned by testing everything, opening other projects when I could find them and destroying a lot of sounds that were probably fine before I touched them.
Eventually, that work became releases, albums and shows around the world. But being able to produce did not automatically make me good at explaining it.
Teaching forced me to slow down and answer the part tutorials often skip: Why does this work? What should you listen for? What changes when your project sounds different from mine?
That became the foundation of NEROZ Productions.
Why NEROZ Productions exists
I kept seeing producers work hard, buy plugins, watch tutorials and copy settings. They could make a strong kick, melody or short section, but the complete track still refused to come together.
The information was everywhere, but disconnected. A kick tutorial stopped before the leads arrived. A mixing video showed a chain without explaining what to hear. Producers learned more tricks every month and kept the same unfinished FLPs.
The goal is to understand the decisions well enough that you can hear what your own track needs.
“The goal is not to make your track sound like mine. It is to help you hear what your track needs.”Steven Tel · Founder
How I teach
Know what to work on next instead of jumping between 40 disconnected videos.
See the routing, sound design, arrangement and mixing decisions inside the project.
Learn what I hear and why I make the change, so you can fix the next sound yourself.
Stock plugins where possible. Understand why the mix is wrong before buying another tool.
Lessons show the process in my project. Bi-weekly feedback connects that process to yours.
What feedback from me means
Bring the unfinished track, the kick that disappears in the mix, the thin lead or the section you have stared at for three days. I listen for the biggest problem first.
I will not pretend everything is amazing when it is not. That wastes your time. I am also not interested in tearing music apart to sound clever. The point is one clear next step and better ears.
I explain:

Meet your teacher
As Neroz, I released over 50 tracks and two albums, earned more than 5 million streams and played over 200 shows in more than 20 countries—including Defqon.1.
Those numbers do not automatically make someone a good teacher. What matters here is that I can explain the experience in normal English and help you use it in a project that sounds nothing like mine.
I have trained more than 1,450 students and built a community of over 1,000 producers across Hardstyle, Rawstyle, Hardcore and Uptempo.

Inside the community
Share unfinished work, join feedback sessions, learn from other projects and stop solving every problem alone.
Hearing feedback on someone else’s track helps you recognize the same problem faster in your own. Sharing unfinished work also gets easier when you realize everybody is fixing something.
The goal is not a room where everyone says “sounds sick bro” and moves on. The goal is useful feedback, better decisions and more finished music.

Send me your style, how long you have produced and what keeps going wrong. I will point you toward the program that fits.
And if I think you do not need one, I will tell you that too. Selling someone the wrong course is a fairly stupid way to build a long-term community.
