Please read these terms carefully before using Neroz Productions services

Welcome to Neroz Productions — the #1 platform for Hardstyle and Uptempo Hardcore music production education. By accessing our website, content, or purchasing our products, you agree to the following terms.

1. Educational Purpose

Neroz Productions provides high-quality tutorials, courses, and tools focused on Hardstyle, Rawstyle, Hardcore, and Uptempo production. Your success depends on your own effort and commitment. While we provide world-class education and proven systems, no specific results are guaranteed — your growth is in your hands.

2. Refund Policy & Limited Guarantee

14-Day Refund

If you try it and you genuinely feel this is not the course we described, email us within 14 days of purchase. We refund. Access stops.

You do not have to finish the course. There is no completion requirement, and no percentage of the material you must watch first.

Please email us before opening a PayPal or Stripe case — we would rather just refund you.

Bought the wrong program?

Email us within 7 days and we will switch you between Hardstyle, Uptempo and Music Theory for the same amount. This is a swap, not a cash refund.

Klarna and paying in instalments

Klarna is how you pay, not a separate refund policy. The 14-day refund above applies however you paid.

Digital Products (Preset Packs, Templates, Sample Libraries):

  • All purchases of downloadable digital content are final and non-refundable due to the nature of instant-access digital products.
  • Please review all previews, demos, and product descriptions before purchasing.

3. Community Conduct

Our Discord community is built on mutual respect, support, and a shared passion for hard dance music production. We have zero tolerance for behavior that undermines this environment.

Zero Tolerance Policy

The following behaviors will result in an immediate and permanent ban from all Neroz Productions communities and platforms, without warning or refund:

  • Harassment — targeting, bullying, or intimidating other members
  • Hate speech — discrimination based on race, gender, sexuality, religion, or nationality
  • Threats — any form of violent, abusive, or threatening language
  • Spam & self-promotion — unsolicited advertising or repeated off-topic posting
  • Trolling — intentionally disrupting conversations or provoking members
  • Doxxing — sharing private information about others without consent

We reserve the right to remove any member whose behavior negatively impacts our community. Bans are final and non-negotiable.

4. User Responsibility

You are responsible for your learning progress. We provide industry-leading tools, templates, feedback systems, and guidance — but the results depend on the effort you put in. Show up, do the work, and you'll see growth.

All materials (videos, lessons, audio, text, images, presets, and templates) are protected by copyright and are the intellectual property of Neroz Productions.

  • Use is for personal, non-commercial purposes only unless explicitly stated otherwise.
  • Reselling, redistributing, sharing, or reproducing our content is strictly forbidden.
  • Presets and templates may be used in your own commercial releases, but the files themselves cannot be resold or shared.

6. Third-Party Tools & Links

Some lessons may reference or require third-party plugins, DAWs, or software (e.g., FL Studio, Xfer Serum, FabFilter).

  • Additional purchases may be required for full functionality of certain tutorials.
  • We are not responsible for third-party policies, pricing changes, or software compatibility.
  • External links are provided for convenience — we do not guarantee their content or security.

7. Accuracy of Information

We strive to provide up-to-date, accurate information. However, music production technology evolves rapidly. Software updates, plugin changes, and industry trends may affect certain content. We regularly update our courses, but always verify critical information with official sources.

8. Promotions

  • All promotions, discounts, and special offers are time-limited.
  • Promotional pricing cannot be applied retroactively to previous purchases.
  • Missed a promo? It cannot be redeemed after the deadline.
  • All discounts are final within their active timeframe.

9. Limitation of Liability

Neroz Productions and its team are not liable for any damages, losses, or issues resulting from the use of our website, content, courses, or services. This includes but is not limited to: technical issues, data loss, or dissatisfaction with results achieved.

10. Payments & Account Access

  • All payments are processed securely through trusted payment providers.
  • Subscriptions require timely payments — missed or failed payments may result in restricted access until resolved.
  • Account sharing is prohibited unless you're on a Professional or Legendary Plan with multi-seat access.
  • Unauthorized account sharing or credential distribution leads to immediate suspension without refund.
  • We reserve the right to terminate accounts that violate these terms.

11. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

  • Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute without first completing the official refund request process is considered a violation of these terms.
  • In the event of a chargeback, we reserve the right to permanently revoke access to all Neroz Productions products, services, and communities.
  • Evidence including login records, content access logs, and course progress may be submitted to payment processors to contest disputes.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively under this jurisdiction.
